Innovative research and application projects aimed at combating gender-based violence will be supported under the Horizon Europe program. The call aims to collect data and develop policies on the prevalence and impact of gender-based violence in different social and economic areas, as well as to develop awareness-raising, preventive, and protective practices.
Expected results
- Collect and analyze data on the prevalence and impact of GBV in different social and economic contexts (online and offline)
- Provide policy recommendations to local, national, and EU policymakers
- Support employers, policymakers, practitioners, and CSOs in prevention, protection, prosecution, and service delivery
- Develop consent-based and rights-based educational materials, best practice examples, and learning materials
Research topics
Projects should focus on one or more of the following areas.
- Gender-based violence in the workplace
- Gender-based violence in sports
- Gender-based violence on online platforms
