IKSV is Looking for a Project Coordinator

Basic Responsibilities

• During the application process of the project, prepare all processes of the project with the KPÇ team,
• During the planning process of the project, receiving bids for all required services and evaluating and finalizing contracts,
• During the project implementation phase, providing the necessary information flow to the project stakeholders,
• Preparation of all documents related to the opening of the subgrant program under the project and preparation of the processes,
• Manage the application and selection processes of the projects to be funded under the subgrant program,
• Provide financial and technical monitoring of projects funded under the subgrant program and daily follow-up,
• Conduct project monitoring visits outside the city,
• Prepare financial reports related to projects and related financial units, sharing them on a regular basis,
• Preparation of financial and technical reports (in English) to be submitted to the contracting authority,
• Follow up and submit official correspondence with relevant institutions,
• Ensuring coordination between other departments within İKSV and external project stakeholders.

Who can apply?

• Graduates of related disciplines from universities
• Experience in technical and financial management of projects, writing projects, and applying for grants
• At least five years of experience in EU projects
• If you have managed a subgrant program or believe you have this expertise
• No travel restrictions
• Very good command of Turkish and English languages, both written and spoken
