Istanbul Foundation for Culture and Arts is looking for a teammate to work in the Cultural Policy Studies (KPÇ) department within the scope of the EU Project, which will start in June 2022.
Responsibilities
- During the application process of the project, preparation of all the processes of the project with the KPÇ team,
- Establishment of the project team in the preparation process of the project
- In the planning process of the project, receiving and evaluating offers for all necessary services and making contracts,
- Providing the necessary information flow to the project stakeholders during the project implementation phase,
- Preparation of project reports within the scope of EU funds,
- Ensuring communication and coordination with relevant institutions,
- Making official correspondence with relevant institutions,
- Ensuring coordination between other departments within İKSV and external stakeholders of the project,
Desired Features
- Very good command of Turkish and English in spoken and written language
- Mastery of MS Office applications
- Experience in project writing, funding applications, and project management
- Having at least five years of experience, especially in EU projects
