In this context, the program, which will be attended by young people between the ages of 18-30 living in Istanbul and organized in political parties, will start in February 2025 and continue until June 2026. A total of 12 trainings, various workshops and networking events will be organized within the program.

Privileges Offered to Participants
In addition to the trainings, participants will have the opportunity to meet with experienced politicians, public opinion researchers, academics and journalists through regular workshops and networking events.
The 20 participants who successfully complete the program will be supported in their campaigns by the Interface Campaign and the experts in the campaign's network, should they become candidates in the next elections.
Participants who complete the trainings will receive a certificate.

Where and How will the trainings take place?
All trainings and workshops will be face-to-face. In this way, it is aimed to create an effective communication network among the participants and to establish closer contact with the trainers.
Why can only young people who are members of political parties apply?
With the understanding that young politicians showing themselves as well-equipped and effective representatives is a vital step not only for solving the problems of young people, but also for ensuring justice in representation and triggering social transformation, the Interface Campaign states that they wish to lay the foundation for a more dynamic, inclusive and innovative understanding of politics. In this context, it says that supporting young people who are already organized within political parties will constitute the first step of change.
