The French Ministry of Foreign Affairs has started to receive applications for the ‘Clé en main’ grant programme, which aims to promote development-oriented cooperation between local authorities in France and local partners in other countries. • Local authorities in developing countries or civil society organisations cooperating with them
  • NGOs or municipalities in Turkey can apply indirectly through French partners.

  • Women's empowerment and gender equality
  • Youth participation and education
  • Cultural and artistic co-operation
