This program offers the opportunity to gain experience in the field of public international law by working full-time for 10 months under the supervision of a Judge at the International Court of Justice (ICJ).
The objective is to enhance newly graduated lawyers' practical knowledge of international law and their understanding of the Court's procedures.
Who can apply?
Only law graduates aged 31 and under, who are nominated by their universities, are eligible to apply. Citizens and universities of the Republic of Türkiye are eligible.
Funding support
The support (stipend/remuneration) is generally provided by the nominating university. A Trust Fund is available for candidates originating from developing countries.
