The purpose of the program is to provide non-repayable financial assistance to development projects designed to meet basic human needs. Projects planned for 2025 and to be implemented in 2027 are eligible to apply.
Projects will be accepted from all regions of Turkey. However, priority may be given to the Eastern and Southeastern Anatolia regions.
Who can apply?
Civil society organizations and municipalities may apply. Applicants must be non-profit organizations with the capacity to implement and sustain development projects at the local level.
Main eligible project topics
Projects should target disadvantaged groups in society and aim to meet basic human needs. Eligible project topics are as follows.
- Education
・Vocational training centers, vocational skills development programs
・Creating a safe environment in line with educational standards; primary school construction, primary school renovation projects.
- Basic Health: Improvement of general health services, renewal of health center equipment, provision of medical equipment.
- People with Disabilities: Provision of special schools, education centers, and transportation vehicles for people with disabilities.
- Women in Development: Provision of vocational training centers to support women in developing their professional skills and earning an income.
