International insurance company International Medical Group (IMG) is accepting applications for its Leave Your Mark Award Program, which recognizes individuals and organizations that make a positive contribution to their communities around the world. The program is an international competition in the form of an essay or video.
Program Aim
The goal of the program is to highlight social responsibility and community impact projects and to provide a financial award to the individuals and organizations behind them.
Who Can Apply?
Individuals and organizations worldwide who are at least 18 years of age. The program has no geographical restrictions.

Application Deadline: Friday, September 12, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time.
Application Process
To apply, you must submit either an approximately 500-word essay OR an approximately 3-minute video essay answering the provided questions for individuals or organizations.
