Job Description:

• Conducting needs interviews with beneficiaries referred to Case Management by General Counseling at Esenyurt Project Office,
• Providing protection and empowerment content and training on gender equality and vulnerable groups,
• Directing the beneficiaries to the relevant services from within and outside the institution, following up, finalizing, and recording these processes,
• Maintaining relations with public institutions, local governments, and other civil society organizations
• Preparation, implementation, and reporting of informative and empowering activities within the scope of the project

Required Qualifications:

• Woman,
• Knowing legal regulations and legislation related to refugees and asylum seekers,
• At least two years of working experience in similar positions,
• Having a perspective of protection and empowerment on gender equality and vulnerable groups,
• Knowledge of gender-based violence, its effects, and prevention
• High written and verbal communication skills, compatible with teamwork,
• Being able to produce solutions and be productive in times of crisis and stressful situations,
• Having a sense of collaborative work and non-competitive,
• Able to establish relations with people from different cultures impartially and without discrimination,
• Having developed time management-planning skills, using working hours efficiently,
• Preferably fluent in Arabic
