The Young Women Shaping Their Future project aims to help young women who are not in education, employment or training (NEET) in Turkey to participate in working life and contribute to their personal development. Young women aged 18-35 who are NEET are eligible to apply for the programme. Applications will remain open until 30 August 2025.
The Ministry of Family and Social Services, the Ministry of Labour and Social Security, the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and the Sabancı Foundation are collaborating on the Building Your Future project, which aims to help young women enter the workforce and contribute to their personal development.
The programme, which brings together NEET women aged 18-35 and women who have advanced in their careers in various sectors, will begin once the mentor and mentee matches have been finalised. The interviews will continue online until 1 April 2026.
