The NEET Academy, run by the Association for Civil Society Studies (STAD) and Camadan Consultancy, is launching a free development program designed to support the personal and professional growth of young people who are Not in Education, Employment, or Training (NEET). The program, which will last a total of 8 months, aims to develop participants’ knowledge and skills, clarify their career goals, and increase their employability.
In the first four months of the program, participants will attend online training sessions on Zoom, held on weekday evenings. Training topics delivered by expert instructors will include communication skills, career planning, digital competencies, preparation for work life, entrepreneurship, and personal development.
Participants who complete the training process will be matched with experienced mentors in areas they are interested in for the second four-month period. Through the mentorship program, young people will have the chance to develop their professional networks while gaining career planning, professional development, and sectoral experience. Within the scope of the program, participants will:
- Attend free trainings delivered by experts in their fields,
- Receive one-on-one support from experienced mentors,
- Receive guidance in career planning and professional development,
- Have the opportunity to develop their professional networks,
- Strengthen their communication, digital competency, and work life skills,
- Be entitled to receive a certificate of participation at the end of the program.
Who can apply?
- Those aged between 18-30,
- Those who are not in education or employment (NEET),
- Those who are eager to improve themselves and acquire new skills,
- Young people who can regularly participate in training and mentoring programs are eligible to apply.
The program does not guarantee job placement or references. In addition, participants who do not attend the trainings regularly cannot continue in the mentoring program. You can find detailed information about the application criteria and the program on the application page.
