The Netherlands Refugee Foundation ‘ASPIRE’ Programme Call for Expressions of Intent

The Netherlands Refugee Foundation invites local and national organisations working in the fields of ‘Protection’ and ‘Access to Improved Services’ for refugees and host communities in 11 provinces, including Adana, Adıyaman, Gaziantep, Hatay, Kahramanmaraş, Kilis, Malatya, Mardin, Mersin, Şanlıurfa and Osmaniye, to submit a statement of intent for a multi-year partnership to participate in the second cycle of the ASPIRE programme.

The programme aims to ensure the protection of displaced persons and refugees and their access to better services, facilities and information systems together with host communities. ASPIRE aims to support and strengthen the leadership of local organisations in line with their priorities and needs.

About the Netherlands Refugee Foundation

The Dutch Refugee Foundation (SV-Stichting Vluchteling) is an emergency relief organisation that supports partner organisations to help displaced populations worldwide. In times of urgent need, the Dutch Refugee Foundation provides funding to national and international partners to provide direct assistance such as shelter, medical care, clean drinking water and sanitation. In the Netherlands, SV provides information to the Dutch public about the situation of refugees and internally displaced persons and emergency aid in general.
