Kaos GL Association launched an online survey study within the scope of ‘2025 Research on the Status of LGBTI+ Employees in Private Sector and Public Sector in Turkey’ in order to make visible the place of LGBTI+ individuals working in the private sector and public institutions in Turkey in employment and to support their full, equal and free participation in the labour force.
The research, conducted by the Association's Employment Working Group, aims to collect data in many areas such as violations of rights, discrimination, inclusion policies and workplace practices faced by LGBTI+ employees in working life. The comparative report to be prepared in line with this data will be an important source for awareness raising and capacity building activities of private sector, public institutions and non-governmental organisations.
