New Research Program from the Aurora Humanitarian Initiative Focused on Local Humanitarian Aid Workers

Aurora Humanitarian Initiative has announced a new research program to bring to light the local humanitarian workers (grassroots humanitarians) who work in conflict and crisis zones around the world but are often overlooked.

The program aims for participants to identify and profile humanitarian heroes working in the field by conducting structured online research over a 35-day period. This research will directly contribute to the nomination process for the $1 Million Aurora Prize.

Who Can Apply?

Researchers, analysts, students, journalists, writers, and academics can apply.

There is no requirement to have previous experience working in the humanitarian field. Strong online research and English writing skills are sufficient.

The program is conducted entirely remotely (online), so it is open to applicants from anywhere in the world, including Turkey.

For detailed information and to apply, please visit the official website.
