One of the program’s key objectives is to ensure that fundraising becomes a strategic and continuous practice within organizations. This will not only enhance the financial flexibility of CSOs but also help establish a long-term “culture of fundraising.”
Beyond grants: Towards sustainable revenue models
The Financial Empowerment Program approaches fundraising not merely as grant-seeking, but as a process centered on sustainable revenue models and strong supporter networks aligned with an organization’s mission and values.
Within the program, organizations will have access to tailored consultancy, accessible resources via digital tools, and both online and in-person community gatherings designed to encourage peer learning. Additional support will be provided in areas such as narrative building, the use of digital tools, volunteer engagement, corporate partnerships, and individual donor relations.
Stronger CSOs, together
A total of 30 CSOs will receive one-on-one consultancy to develop and implement fundraising strategies tailored to their needs.
An experience-sharing and peer-learning platform will also be established, bringing together not only program participants but also interested experts, consultants, and relevant institutions. This community will serve as a collaborative space to exchange practices and co-create solutions to common challenges.
Additionally, a volunteer expert network will be launched, providing a space for professionals outside civil society to contribute their knowledge and expertise to the sector.
