The Consulate General of Sweden in Istanbul has announced the call for applications for 2027 project grants to support civil society and strengthen democratic development, human rights, and gender equality in Turkey.
Scope of the Program and Amount of Support
The grant amount is not specified in the text, but it is mandatory to submit the total requested budget in Turkish Lira (TL). The application process will proceed in three stages: Concept Note, Full Application, and Interviews.
Supported Activities / Areas
- Freedom of expression and media (including efforts to combat disinformation).
- Democratic participation of youth.
