With the career counseling service offered online, the aim is to support young women’s participation in the labor market, increase their employability, and help them create sustainable career plans. Thanks to its remote structure, the service aims to reach more young women.
Within the scope of the program, participants receive one-on-one counseling support in the following areas:
• CV preparation and enhancement,
• Interview simulations,
• Individual career planning
The goal of these activities is to make young women’s competences more visible and enable them to participate in employment processes in a more equipped manner.
