Oral Health International Foundation (OHIF) has launched the 2026 grant application period to support projects aimed at communities and individuals with limited access to oral and dental health services worldwide. The program aims to provide funding for innovative dental health projects that deliver care to and increase accessibility for underserved populations.
Within the scope of the program, the grant budget is expected to be spent directly on tangible materials aimed at patients. Only the following items are supported:
Oral Health International Foundation (OHIF) has launched the 2026 grant application period to support projects aimed at communities and individuals with limited access to oral and dental health services worldwide. The program aims to provide funding for innovative dental health projects that deliver care to and increase accessibility for underserved populations.
Within the scope of the program, the grant budget is expected to be spent directly on tangible materials aimed at patients. Only the following items are supported:
- Small and/or large medical instruments (dental instruments)
- Single-use medical materials and equipment
- Device and instrument rental fees
- Laboratory fees
(Note: Personnel salaries, travel expenses, academic research, information technology (IT) support, and construction/building investments are not covered by the fund).
Who can apply?
- Institutions applying to the program must meet the following criteria:
- Be a non-profit organization. Organizations applying from outside the USA (including associations and foundations in Turkey) are required to submit an official document proving that they are tax-exempt/non-profit organizations in their own country.
- Only one project application may be made per institution.
Institutions must complete their applications by June 1, 2026 at the latest. Following the evaluation process, final results will be announced in mid-November 2026, and projects will be implemented in the following year.
