How were the organizations evaluated?
The announcement of the program was published on October 3, 2025, and ended on November 3, 2025. During the open call process conducted within the scope of the program, we received a total of 109 applications from various cities across Turkey.
The applications were evaluated based on criteria such as alignment with a rights-based approach and organizational mission, commitment to integrating resource development into institutional strategy, openness to trying new methods and to learning, potential for local impact, willingness to share experiences and engage the community, and capacity to participate in regular meetings and reporting processes throughout the program.
Stronger CSOs side by side
A learning community in which the CSOs receiving consultancy can share their experiences and learning will also be established as part of the program. The Resource Development Experience Sharing Community, which will not only include supported organizations but also experts, consultants, and relevant institutions interested in this field, will work to develop collective solutions to common problems.
Additionally, as a result of the application and interview process, based on their experience, capacity, and contributions to the field, the Association for Truth, Justice and Memory Studies, Human Rights Association (İHD) Ankara Branch, Mekanda Adalet Association, IPS Communication Foundation, Açık Alan Association / Deep Poverty Network, Kırkayak Culture, Art and Nature Association, and Sulukule Volunteers Association have also been invited to take part in Resource Development Community activities focused on thinking, discussing, and sharing experiences about resource development in the civil sphere.
