Penal Reform International (PRI) is looking for independent experts to evaluate full proposals submitted under the Small Grants Scheme, part of the EU-funded project “Increasing Accountability and Improving Human Rights Protection in Türkiye’s Penitentiary System.” Evaluators will assess applications from civil society organisations (CSOs) working in prison reform, human rights advocacy, legal aid, and rehabilitation efforts.
Role & Responsibilities
- Evaluate proposals based on impact, feasibility, and sustainability.
- Provide objective scoring and written justifications.
- Participate in selection discussions.
Who Can Apply?
- Minimum 5 years of experience in grant assessment, human rights, or criminal justice.
- Expertise in project evaluation, legal aid, detention rights, or civil society engagement.
- Ability to work in English and maintain impartiality and confidentiality.
Evaluation Period: 15 - 30 April 2025
