The Young Women Building Their Future Project, which aims to empower young women who are not in education, employment, or training (NEET) in Turkey and to support their participation in economic life, has entered its second phase. The first step of this phase is the Mentorship Program, for which applications for the third round are now open. The program seeks to support the career journeys of NEET young women aged 18–35. In this new term, priority will be given to activities that enhance young women’s employability.
Who Can Apply?
- Women who have advanced in their careers and would like to volunteer as mentors from different sectors
- NEET young women who wish to receive mentorship support in their career and personal development journeys

Program timeline
- Following the application process, mentor–mentee matching will be carried out
- Meetings will start online and continue until April 1, 2026
Project about
The project is carried out in partnership with the Ministry of Family and Social Services, the Ministry of Labour and Social Security, the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), and the Sabancı Foundation.
