Preparations have begun for the 9th International Sociodrama Conference, which will be held in Çanakkale on 1–5 July 2026 in cooperation with the Anka Group Psychotherapies and Psychodrama Association, Çanakkale Municipality, and the Dr. Abdulkadir Özbek Federation of Psychodrama Associations.
Ahead of the conference, a series of preliminary workshops and preparatory meetings will be organized. In this context, the pre-conference workshop to be held on 13 September 2025 at the Çanakkale Municipality Wedding Hall will focus on the theme “Regrowing After the Fire.” The sociodrama session will be facilitated by Prof. Dr. Nalan Kalkan Oğuzhanoğlu and Prof. Dr. Osman İ. Özdel.
Open and free of charge to anyone interested in experiencing the transformative power of sociodrama through both in-person and online meetings within the framework of peace and social awareness, the pre-conference workshops will be announced via the social media accounts of the Anka Group Psychotherapies and Psychodrama Association and Çanakkale Municipality.
