Within the scope of this project, training and teamwork will be carried out addressing a wide range of disaster areas, from society's perspective on disasters to disaster advocacy. With these activities to be carried out during the course of the project, it is planned to create a campaign with the participants in the field of disasters aimed at increasing the influence of young people on decision-making mechanisms. The participants of the project will receive a Youthpass certificate on the condition that they fully participate in the activities.
Young people aged 18-29 can apply for the project.
The weekly topics of the trainings and workshops held during the project are as follows:
- Disaster 101
- Disaster investigations with cases 21st Century Skills Training
- Media and advocacy campaign
- Workshop on the production of an advocacy project
