Purple Ladder - The "Women Local Leaders in Disaster" Program, supported by the Global Equality and Inclusion Network Association and the Borusan Sustainable Benefits Program, aims to transform the negative impacts of disasters and times of crisis into women-led opportunities. Strengthening women's capacities, solving problems that arise during the post-disaster recovery process and reducing gender inequality are the main focus of the project.
