"Rights" Webinars by the International Civil Society Network Association Begin

The opening of the webinar within the Rights Oriented Living project will be with activist for the rights of people with disabilities and member of the Association for Social Rights and Research İdil Seda AK.

The United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities is one of the most important texts that guide the work of the Defenders of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities. Although this Convention imposes many responsibilities and obligations on the countries that are parties to it, the rights of persons with disabilities are still violated in many ways.

So, what are disabled people uncomfortable with? What are the demands of disabled people from legislators, the private sector, civil society, and other members of society to ensure that rights violations do not occur again?

This webinar will discuss the issues and demands of disabled people in the context of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.
