Sabancı Foundation Announces New Term Grant Program

The Sabancı Foundation, which promotes equal opportunities for women, youth and disabled people and their active participation in society, is awaiting projects implemented by non-governmental organizations in the field of "education."

The online applications for the grant program will start on January 2, 2023 and will end on February 8, 2023 at 5:00 pm.

The program will distribute a total of TL 4.5 million in grants, with a minimum of TL 200,000 and a maximum of TL 600,000 per project.

Sabancı Foundation, under the 2023 Grant Program, will evaluate project applications from non-governmental organizations under the headings of "Qualified Education, Support for Access to and Continuation of Education", and "Support for Rights-Based Non-Formal Education Studies" for women, youth and disabled people.

  • Institutions applying are expected to propose projects that address at least one of the subthemes, such as equal access to quality education, continuation of education for girls, combating early and forced marriages, awareness raising and rights empowerment, independent living and accessibility, and climate change.
  • Institutions must apply with at least one partner.
  • Projects are expected to start no earlier than July 17, 2023, and end no later than July 12, 2024, and the main activities will be carried out within Turkey's borders.
