Throughout the season, the current situation of urban animals from an ecosystem-based perspective, the factors that cause rights violations, and legal, cultural and ethical approaches to these violations were comprehensively discussed. In the podcast, examples of good practices supported by conventions and laws were shared, while alternative perspectives on animal rights were developed through critical readings of films and academic studies. In the podcast, where it was frequently discussed that the struggle for animal rights is shaped not only by legal regulations but also by social perceptions and ethical approaches, ways to go beyond human-centered thought structures were discussed.
