This issue centers on humanity's existence on Earth and its relationship with nature, other living beings, and the planet. The theme “Humanity and the World” brings one of the most fundamental questions of our time to the forefront: What kind of world do we live in, and what kind of world are we leaving behind?
Noting that it is time to re-examine the human-centered perspective in today's world shaped by the climate crisis, wars, migrations, and technological transformation, SİYAH E-Dergi reminds us of the testimony and transformative power of art and literature in this debate.
This issue also offers an open space for productions from different disciplines through the Free Corner. All works that explore the relationship between humans and the world, nature, and themselves through essays, stories, poems, photographs, illustrations, collages, video styles, and hybrid works will be considered for evaluation.
