The training program aims to ensure young women's participation in political decision-making mechanisms before the local elections and to develop solutions by discussing the problems identified by young women in community forums to be held in 3 provinces.
Within the scope of the training, young women ambassadors who want to be involved in political decision-making processes will receive trainings on problem/solution analysis, democratic participation, communication, local governments and gender issues and will lead the organization of community forums to be held after the trainings.

Adana - Mersin: August 25-26, 2023 and September 2-3, 2023
Who Can Participate?
Young women between the ages of 18-30 living in Adana - Mersin provinces are expected to apply for the training.
