Stabilisation Fund for Culture and Education

The stabilization fund is part of a comprehensive package of measures that the Goethe-Institut is implementing in 2022 with special funding from Ukraine's supplementary budget and the German Foreign Office. It is intended to enable cultural organizations to carry out projects and building protection measures at short notice and as unbureaucratically as possible.

Applications are open to cultural and educational institutions related to civil society, as well as organizations that have taken in refugee artists from the fields of theater, dance, film, music, literature, visual arts, performance, architecture, library and museum, whose existence is threatened by the effects of the war in Ukraine.

The application deadline is September 30, 2022, and you can apply for a budget of up to EUR 25,000.

The applicant organization must be based in one of the following countries: Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Greece, Kosovo, Croatia, Montenegro, Northern Macedonia, Moldova, Romania, Serbia , Turkey, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan.
