STOK 300 Everyone Loves Digital Training Continues with Its New Term

We have started accepting applications for the new term of our face-to-face training program “STOK 300 – Everyone Loves Digital,” organized within the scope of our Resource Center Project for CSOs supported by the European Union. The application deadline for the program is Sunday, August 16, 2026, at 23:45.

Practice-based training supported by artificial intelligence tools

STOK 300 - Everyone Loves Digital aims to enhance the capacity of CSOs to use digital tools strategically, efficiently, and securely through our long-term training program. This program was designed with an artificial intelligence facilitation approach: the training content, applications, and feedback processes are enriched with the support of AI tools, but trainers are always at the center of the training design and process. Our trainers decide which topic will be addressed, when, with which method, and with which AI tool; they guide group discussions and teach participants to critically evaluate outputs generated by AI.

With these trainings, we aim to help CSOs develop their digital literacy, use of AI tools in an efficient and responsible manner, creation of digital communication strategies and plans, digital storytelling, advocacy using popular social media and content platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube, planning for digital reputation and crisis management, as well as skills in working with and visualizing data.

In this long-term training program, where we will come together with organizations over 4 months with different lessons, our trainers have designed each course content to complement each other. The lessons are prepared with a comprehensive and structured capacity building approach that combines participants’ practical experience with academic and professional knowledge, where AI facilitation supports but the process is led by trainers.

What will you learn?

  • Introduction to generative artificial intelligence for CSOs; correct prompt writing techniques for large language models (LLMs); content creation for various needs with LLMs; institution/issue/stakeholder tracking based on keywords and hashtags; monitoring and generating insights using digital tools; LLM-based production of "resource maps + actor lists + risk/evidence gaps"; AI ethics, misinformation, synthetic content, and fact-checking; the scope of digital transformation in CSOs and needs analysis—you will increase your knowledge and engage in interactive activities in these areas.
  • Creating a digital communication strategy and plan for CSOs; value proposition, goals, target audience segmentation; creating channel–content alignment and editorial calendars; managing digital assets and developing engagement-oriented content; integrating digital democracy and participation tools into communication plans; community management and moderation principles; creating reputation and crisis scenarios; you will enrich your knowledge with solutions supporting the social media ecosystem through the TechSoup Software Donation Program and work on case studies.
  • Introduction to social media communication; algorithm features of popular social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest; impact-oriented social media planning; YouTube publishing; networking on LinkedIn; generating ideas, content, and insights for social media communication with AI tools; SEO/SEM; gaining proficiency in producing visuals, videos, and audio with generative AI tools, and carrying out hands-on activities.
  • Creating a data strategy; collecting data from open sources and surveys (Google Forms), organizing–cleaning–creating graphics with Google Sheets; principles of data visualization; data storytelling and creating effective “data stories” from findings with Datawrapper–Knight Lab–Flourish; gaining a basic understanding of data analysis and visualization with AI tools, and applying these to your own use cases.
