STOK Digital-Lover Organisations Courses Face-to-Face Training Program Applications Have Begun

As part of our Resource Center Project for CSOs supported by the European Union, applications have begun for the STOK 300- Everyone Loves Digital in-person training program. The program will cover topics such as digital literacy for CSOs, responsible use of artificial intelligence tools, digital communication strategy, storytelling, digital crisis management, and data visualization. The deadline for applications is Tuesday, October 7, at 11:59 p.m.

With the STOK 300- Everyone Loves Digital long-term training program, we aim to develop CSOs' capacity to use digital tools strategically, efficiently, and safely. Through these trainings, we will strengthen CSOs' digital literacy, efficient and responsible use of artificial intelligence tools, preparation of digital communication strategies and plans, digital storytelling; We designed these sessions to help CSOs advocate using popular social media and content platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube; plan for digital reputation and crisis management; and develop data handling and data visualization skills. 

In this long-term training program, where we will come together with organizations for 4 months through various courses, we have designed each course content to support each other. The courses have been prepared with a comprehensive and structured capacity building approach that combines participants' practical experiences with academic and professional knowledge. 

This training program, covering a 4-month period from November 2025 to February 2026, has a single application form. With this single application, you will be applying for all 4 courses. You only need to set aside 3 days per month for each course. If your application is accepted, you are required to attend all courses. 

The dates of the planned lessons are as follows:

5-6-7 November 2025 301- Artificial Intelligence Literacy and Digital Transformation
10-11-12 December 2025 302- Digital Communication and Governance
7-8-9 January 2026 303- Digital Content and Social Media
4-5-6 September 2026 304- Data Visualization and Advocacy

Who can apply?

STOK 300-Everyone Loves Digital face-to-face training program is only open to representatives of CSOs (associations, foundations, initiatives, unions, platforms, city councils, non-profit cooperatives, federations, confederations, etc.).

The training will take place in Ankara. Travel and accommodation expenses for participants coming from outside the city will be covered.

Before applying for the face-to-face training program, we recommend that you complete the STOK 300-Everyone Loves Digital courses on the STOK Learning Platform. Completing the online content on the STOK Learning Platform before applying will give you priority. 

How can you apply?

STOK 300- If you want to participate in Everyone Loves Digital's face-to-face program, simply fill out the application form. To apply, you must first register on the STOK Learning Platform. Register on the system here, then follow the steps to access the application form.

How will the evaluation be conducted?

To ensure the training process is effective and efficient, the number of participants will be limited to 20. The following criteria will be considered in the evaluation.  

  • The application form must be completed in full and in a qualified manner.
  • The alignment between the purpose of the application, expectations from the training, the capacity and needs of the applying NGO, and the objectives of the training program.
  • Possession of basic digital literacy skills
  • Having responsibilities within the represented organization where these skills can be utilized
  • Regional distribution
  • Thematic distribution
  • Gender balance

Priority will be given to rights-based NGOs, grassroots organizations, self-organized groups, and organizations that have not previously benefited from the STOK program.

The application evaluation process will be completed within one week of the application deadline, and you will receive a response regarding your application. If your application is accepted, a “letter of support” will be requested from the management structure of the organization you represent, confirming that they support your participation in the program on behalf of your organization.
