The fund aims to strengthen the institutional capacities of medium and small-scale civil society organizations working to enhance the social participation and welfare of disadvantaged groups.
As part of the program, organizations will be provided with grant support of up to 1 million TL. In addition to the grant support, beneficiary organizations will receive capacity-building support in areas such as financial sustainability, organizational management, communication, monitoring and evaluation, project management, cooperation with volunteers, networking, partnership building, and advocacy and lobbying activities. This will include working with experts, workshops, experience-sharing meetings, and regular gatherings.
Who can apply?
The following may apply to the fund program:
- Associations, foundations, nonprofit cooperatives, unions, federations, and confederations established in Turkey,
- Organizations that can develop a change plan to improve their institutional structure, working methods, or income model,
- Organizations that can designate at least one person responsible for the capacity development process,
- Organizations with an income between 1 million TL and 10 million TL for the year 2025.
Applications can be submitted until 18.00 on Friday, July 24, 2026.
