Support Program for Civil Society Organizations Working on Human Rights-Based Activities is Now Open for Applications

The Human Rights Foundation of Turkey announced its support program within the scope of the “Supporting and Protecting Human Rights Actors in Turkey through a Grassroots Approach Project.”

The program is designed to enable NGOs working in the field of human rights to sustain their current activities, strengthen their institutional resilience, and implement new initiatives according to their own priorities. The support provided covers not only ongoing or planned activities but also regular institutional expenses and basic needs.

Shaped by an approach of solidarity and collective empowerment, the program encourages collective action, coordination, and grassroots-centered collaborations among NGOs. In this context, Regional Solidarity and Cooperation Groups are among the key components of the program.

At a time when the civic space is shrinking globally and access to resources is becoming more difficult, HRFT adopts the principle of expanding solidarity in the human rights struggle as a core value, despite limited resources.

The Support Program for NGOs Engaged in Human Rights-Based Activities was launched as of January 15, 2026.

Application period: January 15, 2026 | 09:00 – March 31, 2026 | 17:00
