The Free Colours Association launched a survey to make visible the access to the right to the city and the difficulties faced by LGBTI+ individuals living in Bursa. This study, conducted with the support of the Gender Equality Monitoring Association (CEİD), aims to document the structural obstacles and discrimination faced by LGBTI+ individuals in daily life.
The survey includes questions to understand the experiences of the participants in areas such as security, housing, transport, access to public services and participation in local decision-making processes. With the data to be obtained, it is aimed that both local governments and civil society will develop policies sensitive to LGBTI+ rights.
