Akça Şaylan

She completed her undergraduate studies in the Sociology Department of Hacettepe University. In 2006, she was introduced to civil society by becoming a member of the Association for Solidarity with Youth Deprived of Liberty. She began her professional life as a project assistant in the Good Governance Project conducted in cooperation with UNDP–TODAİE, and continued as a finance expert in the TACSO (Technical Assistance to Civil Society Organisations in the Western Balkans and Turkey) Project. Since 2018, she has been working as the Finance Coordinator for the BİRLİKTE Project at STGM, focusing on financial management and sub-grant processes.
