Arzu Baykara Yıldız

She graduated from the Department of Psychology at METU and completed her Master's degree in Developmental Psychology from the same university in 2003. During her master's studies, she worked as a research assistant. Between 2003 and 2004, she worked for the Joint Initiative Project of the European Commission and the Council of Europe on Human Rights. Until 2008, she worked as policy officer and then as assistant project coordinator at STGM. After a 6-year hiatus, she took responsibility for establishing TechSoup's software donation programme in Turkey and served as corporate communications coordinator.  In 2019, she worked as an editor at Dedalus Publishing for a year.

She has experience in civil society networks, digital capacity building, reporting, translation and editing.
