Dicle Çakmak

She completed his undergraduate education at the Department of Economics at Middle East Technical University and his master's degree at the same university's Social Policy Programme. 

She began his work in civil society during his student years through volunteer activities in various human rights organisations. Her professional career began as a social policy expert at the Bağlar Municipality in Diyarbakır and continued with roles in various organisations working in the fields of human rights, women's rights, and LGBT+ rights, as well as in EU programmes. 

He currently works as a finance and reporting expert on the Monitoring Freedom of Association Project.
