She completed his undergraduate and graduate education at the Department of Political Science and Public Administration at Middle East Technical University (METU). During her university years, she began her work in the field of civil society with student groups.

She conducted studies on the participation of civil society organizations in development processes at the GAP Regional Development Administration. Between 2005 and 2010, she worked as a grant program manager at the Civil Society Development Center, where she was responsible for designing and implementing grant programs. Subsequently, until 2013, he served as the Southeastern Anatolia Region Coordinator for the EU-supported Women's CSO Empowerment Project and from 2013 to 2015, she served as Grant Programs Manager at the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA).

In 2019, she served as a key civil society expert under a framework contract implemented by the European Union Delegation to Turkey to develop support mechanisms for the implementation of civil society programs. Between 2015 and 2024, she worked on numerous EU-supported projects in the fields of civil society and gender equality at various international organizations, including UN agencies such as UNICEF and ILO, and organizations such as ICMPD, IMC, and other international organizations, she worked as an independent expert in areas such as civil society mapping, capacity building, grant program design and implementation, grant monitoring, and evaluation in numerous EU-supported projects in the fields of civil society and gender.

Between 2020 and 2021, she worked as a project coordinator in the Strengthening the Capacity of CSOs in the Prevention of Child, Early, and Forced Marriage Project, carried out in partnership with STGM-UNFPA, and in 2024, she worked as a grant expert in the Supporting the Capacity of Civil Society Organizations in Disaster Risk Management Project.

She is currently working as a project coordinator on the Monitoring Freedom of Association II Project.
