İlker Güzelcik

In 1999, he graduated from the Faculty of Arts and Sciences, Department of Statistics and Computer Science. Between 1999-2001, he worked as a Computer Teacher in a high school and Public Education Centre.

Between 2001-2002, he completed his military service as an IT Officer Sub-Lieutenant at the Gendarmerie Training Command.

In 2003, he started to work as an Assistant Specialist in the Operations Department of Koçbank (today Yapı Kredi Bank) in Ankara. He took part in operational processes with Oracle database on Sun Solaris operating system for about two years.

In 2006, he started to work at Nur İnşaat A.Ş. as an IT Officer and undertook the management of hardware and software infrastructure in the IT department of the organisation for about nine years.

On 1 September 2015, he started working at the Association for Solidarity with Asylum Seekers and Migrants. The association changed its name to Social Development and Solidarity Association in 2023. During this period, he worked as Senior IT Officer in the Software Unit.

Since 2025 January, he has been working as an IT specialist at STGM.
