She graduated from Bilkent University with a degree in Political Science and Public Administration. During her university years she got involved in volunteering, which sparked her interest in social impact. Since 2014, she has worked with various organizations focused on children, youth, and gender equality, in both volunteer and professional roles.
She worked as a communications and resource development officer at the Hayat Sende Association, supporting children and young people under state care. Working directly with children and youth in the field gave her valuable hands-on experience and deepened her interest in the field.
She is currently a project officer on a UNICEF-supported project aimed at strengthening the monitoring, reporting, and advocacy capacities of CSOs working on children's rights.
