The Youth Laboratory Association, with the support of the CEİD İzler Grant Program and under the coordination of the Samsun Youth Council, will organize a Gender Equality-Based Monitoring and Evaluation Training.
The training will be held in person on 3–4–5 October 2025 in Samsun and aims to strengthen young people’s monitoring and advocacy capacities from a gender equality perspective.
Accommodation and meal expenses of participants will be covered by the Youth Laboratory Association.

Application criteria:
- Be between 15–30 years old
- Be a representative of a local headman’s office, a student community, or a CSO in Samsun
- Actively work in the youth field and have a vision of defending young people’s rights
- Have attended at least one Samsun Youth Council meeting
