As part of the Sivilog: Deepening Active Dialogue Project, the Turkey-EU Civil Society Forum was held in Brussels from May 9-13, 2022.
The forum, which was attended by civil society organizations from Turkey and the EU, hosted various events on a wide range of topics. The three-day forum began with a visit to the Permanent Representation of Turkey to the EU. Discussions were held on the future of civil society dialogue between Turkey and the EU and resources for cooperation, and thematic sessions were held on topics such as business world and human rights and media and hate speech. The Forum also included visits to the European Economic and Social Committee (EESC) and the European Parliament.
