Turkish Family Health and Planning Foundation Looking for Project Coordinator

Tasks

• Planning the implementation of the project and ensuring that the activities are implemented on time,
• Coordinating the project team,
• Conducting communication with stakeholders at the local level for the project to have the targeted effect,
• Coordination of the works within the scope of the project and promotion of the project on the relevant platforms,
• Organization, reporting, and evaluation of project activities (workshops and communication campaigns),
• Carrying out the preparation, printing, and sharing processes of the project outputs (information materials and guides),
• Following the procurement processes necessary for the realization of the project activities,
• Preparation of project reports and tracking of budget expenditures.

Required Qualifications

• Graduated from a University,
• At least 4 years of project management and/or fieldwork experience (working experience in the field of sexual health is preferred),
• Experienced in human rights and rights-based civil society studies,
• Experienced in advocacy and networking,
• Strong communication and human relations, high teamwork skills,
• Knowing basic informatics such as Microsoft Office applications, online communication tools, etc.,
• Fluent in English,
• No travel restrictions.
