We organized a CSO Management and Strategic Planning Training with two different groups within the scope of the Resource Center project supported by the European Union and which we are carrying out.
The trainings, in which Mert Altıntaş and STGM Capacity Development Coordinator Burçak Özoğlu took part as trainers, were held online between 18-21 November and 25-28 November as four half days.
In the trainings, holistic NGO management approach, basic concepts in strategic planning, analysis methods, activity, and budget plans were discussed and group work was carried out.
