The World Health Organization (WHO) has published a Call for Proposals to procure services for the development of specific products that strengthen disability inclusion in its humanitarian and health emergencies actions.
Scope and Aim of the Work
- This call aims to select a supplier to produce the following two key deliverables for WHO:
- Create a practical learning product that explores how humanitarian decisions are made.
- Develop a structured resource to help humanitarian researchers and innovators map decision-making dynamics.
Who Can Submit a Proposal?
- Entities submitting a proposal are expected to have the following qualifications:
- Non-profit entities and academic institutions.
- Deep expertise in humanitarian systems, applied research, and behavioural/political economy approaches.
- Strong stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- Proposals from Organizations of Persons with Disabilities (OPDs) are strongly encouraged.
- The call is open to institutions operating at the global, regional, or country level, with no geographical restrictions.
Budget and Duration
- The total budget for the work is up to USD 50,000.
- The project duration is for a maximum of 6 months.
Proposal Deadline
31 August 2025.
