What is ELELE DESTEK?

ELELE DESTEK is a grant program that is part of the Dialog for Change through Culture and the Arts (elele) Project, supported by the EU and implemented in partnership with Gençlik Servisleri Merkezi Derneği (GSM), Uçan Süpürge Vakfı and Devlet Tiyatroları Opera ve Balesi Çalışanları Yardımlaşma Vakfı (TOBAV).
