During the meeting, the results of the Monitoring Matrix on Enabling Environment for Civil Society 2020-2021 Turkey Report prepared by TUSEV and Civil Society Organisations in Turkey were presented: Freedom of Association and Right to Participate report prepared by STGM.
The report prepared by TUSEV examines the main issues affecting civil society under three main headings: Basic Legal Guarantees of Freedoms, Framework for Financial Capacity and Sustainability of CSOs, and Public-CSO Relations.
STGM's Civil Society Organisations in Turkey: Freedom of Association and Right to Participation, prepared by STGM, focuses on the advocacy capacity of CSOs and their effective participation in decision-making processes.
