204-Project Management


When we plan and implement our projects, a desire for change towards solving or improving social problems that we have identified always accompanies us. It is important for us to plan this desire for change and create a roadmap for ourselves in order to effectively carry out our project. Developing a systematic approach in project planning and implementation not only helps us in using our existing organizational resources more effectively but also assists us in achieving our goals.

The 204- Project Management face-to-face program is designed to provide basic knowledge on project planning and management, with current examples and applications from the field.

  • To learn the main components of a project and the concepts used in project design, planning, implementation, evaluation, and handover in the project field,
  • To discuss the fundamental questions that need to be answered in the project preparation process,
  • To explore how change is defined at every stage in results-oriented management approach,
  • To understand the relationship between Concept-Time-Resource management,
  • To analyze the relationship between concept management and organizational strategies,
  • To experience preparing an activity plan and developing a monitoring and evaluation plan within time management,
  • To discover managing human resources and financial resources (budget management, procurement) within resource management,
  • To understand risk management, preparing visibility and communication plans,
  • To learn the concepts of internal and external reporting,
  • To discover the points to consider for effective project management.
