KA.DER is looking for teammates

The Association for Supporting Women Candidates (KA.DER) is a women's organization advocating equal representation of women in all fields. Although women in Turkey have proven their presence in different social areas, they are still far from equal representation in senior management, especially in politics. KA.DER, which was established in March 1997 to eliminate this inequality, to ensure the participation of all citizens in decisions, to gain women's experience and the ability to produce solutions in social and political fields, works to increase the representation of women in all decision-making bodies that are elected and appointed. KA.DER conducts lobbying, advocacy, campaigning, organizing, solidarity, and training activities to achieve these goals.
